By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating of your own free will and with genuine faith in the process.

Please note that Reiki Heal does not provide predictions related to gender determination, death, gambling, stock market, trading, or similar speculative activities. Our services are strictly limited to spiritual wellness, healing, and guidance. Any requests for such predictions will not be entertained.

Once a service is booked and confirmed, you are expected to be available at the scheduled time. If you are unreachable, fail to respond to our communications, or do not attend the scheduled session, your booking will expire automatically and rescheduling will not be possible. No refund will be issued for missed or expired bookings.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or a credit note as applicable.

All Reiki and healing services provided by Reiki Heal are strictly confidential. Your personal information, session details, health concerns, and any information shared during or before the session will be kept private and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent. We maintain the highest standards of privacy and discretion for all our clients.

You are also encouraged to keep your session experiences and outcomes confidential. What is shared during a session is between you and your practitioner. We respect your privacy and expect the same respect in return.

In the event of a pricing error due to a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the customer.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Credit Notes

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds on any orders. In cases where a replacement is not possible (such as out-of-stock items or discontinued products), a credit note in the form of a coupon will be issued for the product value minus any shipping charges incurred. This coupon will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can be applied to future purchases on our website.
